Mini Beignet Filled with Mixed Berries
The Mini-Beignets, pronounced “Ben-YAY”, is a French-style doughnut consisting of deep-fried choux pastry and filled with a delicious mixed berry sauce. Made with more yeast and fewer eggs than a typical donut recipe, our Mini Beignets are puffier, yet have a soft middle. They are known to be light, airy like and pillowy pastries!
KRMA Beignets are authentically French, perfectly paired with coffee/tea, ice-cream, champagne … or ready to enjoy as is! In fact, it’s probably one of our favorite all time of the day snacks!
Best way to eat a Beignet, lick lips (because it’s going to be delicious) open mouth wide, bite down and experience a chewier and heartier taste, with a slight combination of sweetness and tartness from the berries.
how to prep
- Remove the mini-beignets 1 hour before consumption, and thaw in their original packaging.
STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
- Keep FROZEN at all times.
- Store at 4° F/ -18° C.
- Refrigerated shelf life 7 days
- Frozen shelf life of 18 months
