Our Cinnamon swirl is an elevated European version of the beloved Cinnamon roll. Originated from Germany, this delicious pastry is made of a croissant dough (with a high butter content – 20%) and interwoven with a cinnamon sugar and apricot kernel paste.

Pastries will ship with dry ice and may arrive cold and not frozen. Don’t worry, they are fully baked!

Upon delivery, please place in freezer, or eat right away.


  • Keep frozen at all time (4F/-18C).
  • Frozen shelf life: 12 month
  • Refrigerated shelf life: 3 days
  • Ambient shelf life: up to 48 hrs.

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays ONLY to ensure that items arrive fresh at their destination before the weekend. Any order received on Wednesday and through the weekend will ship the following Monday.In case of holidays we slightly adjust to make sure the package stay as little time as possible in transit ;)

  • Place frozen pastry on a tray, uncovered, and thaw at room temperature for approx. 1hr (never defrost the products in the case, or they could get crushed). Heat the pastry in a 350F oven between 5 to 8 min, until fully warm throughout.
  • Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
