Our Triangle Pastry is our new take on a regular croissant! Made with 100% butter, this delicate triangular croissant is very airy and has a slight salty crust which makes it perfect for a combination of savory fillings & fixings.
Pleasantly crisp on the exterior and fluffy on the inside, our triangle has a tall height and is designed to be eaten as is or sliced horizontally to be built in sweet or savory sandwiches – a classic iconic combination, widely popular in Germany.
A surprising and unique way of enjoying our triangle pastry, is to use its base (after cutting horizontally) as a bowl for soups or dips as well!
This pastry stays fresh for a long-time after baking.
Place frozen pastry on a tray, uncovered, and thaw at room temperature for approx. 1hr (never defrost the products in the case, or they could get crushed). Heat the pastry in a 350F oven between 5 to 8 min, until fully warm throughout.
*Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
