Our cheese spiral is made with laminated 100% butter yeast dough rolled in a spiral shape, filled with a mozzarella cream and topped with Gouda cheese.

This voluminous and decadent pastry is addictive as is but can be garnished in many different ways (add pepperoni, peppers or chopped olives; sky’s the limit). The perfect snack for all cheese lovers; it will literally melt in your mouth and you’ll be begging for more!

This pastry stays fresh for a long-time after baking.

how to prep

Place frozen pastry on a tray, uncovered, and thaw at room temperature for approx. 1hr (never defrost the products in the case, or they could get crushed). Heat the pastry in a 350F oven between 5 to 8 min, until fully warm throughout.

*Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Keep frozen at all time (4F/-18C).
  • Frozen shelf life: 12 month
  • Refrigerated shelf life: 3 days
  • Ambient shelf life: up to 48 hrs.
