Our savory strudel is made of our slightly salty laminated yeast dough, stuffed with homemade spinach-feta cheese filling and sprinkled with cheese.

The beautiful strudel shape is very eye appealing and the portability makes for a perfect snack!

It can be eaten hot or cold.

how to prep

Place frozen pastry on a tray, uncovered, and thaw at room temperature for approx. 1hr (never defrost the products in the case, or they could get crushed). Heat the pastry in a 350F oven between 5 to 8 min, until fully warm throughout.

*Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Keep frozen at all time (4F/-18C).
  • Frozen shelf life: 12 month
  • Refrigerated shelf life: 3 days
  • Ambient shelf life: up to 48 hrs.
